In 2009 Måns had a guest appearance with Allsång På Skansen singing his songs "Hope and Glory", "Cara Mia", as well as "En kväll i juni", an Owe Thörnqvist medley and "Sommaren är kort" with Tomas Ledin.

Cara Mia is the single with which Måns participated at Melodifestivalen 2007 and reached third place. It was released on March 5th, 2007 and became a number 1 hit in Sweden. The song also won the Second Chance Contest and the National Finals Song Contest in 2007. Dansbandskampen was a music competition on Swedish television between 2008 and 2010. In the second season in the second round of the competition on October 31, 2009 Måns was a guest on the jury. In addition, the participants in the second round sang his songs.

Sanna Nielsen, Shirley Clamp and Sonja Aldén were touring Sweden in 2009 with the show Julkonserten "Our Christmas" and Måns Zelmerlöw was joining them as male support. Together, the artists performed a selection of the typical and obligatory peaceful Christmas songs, as well as a version of Kent's Sweden and a humorous Christmas medley of the most popular Swedish Christmas songs. A lot of humour and showmanship also found their place in the show, as well as some of the Melodifestivalen hits of the performing artists.
In 2009 Måns particpated at the Melodifestivalen for the second time and competed with the song Hope & Glory. He received the most points from the jury, and after the televoting he ended at fourth place.
In 2010 Måns was back at Melodifestivalen, this time as a host besides Christine Meltzer and Dolph Lundgren. In the show Andra Chansen he sang the song A View To A Kill and in the finale with the other two hosts Eye Of The Tiger.
Miss America was released as the fourth single of the album Stand By For... on May 5th, 2008.
MZW is Måns' second studio album and was released on March 25th, 2009, after participating at the Melodifestivalen 2009. It also contains Hope & Glory as a single, as well as the other singles Hold On and Impossible.

"Stjärnor hos Babben" is a TV show starring Babben Larsson in which each episode features a main guest who enters a competition by answering questions about himself and his career. Various secret guests are also invited. At the end, Babben sings a duet with the guest. Måns guest-starred in the 4th episode of the second season.
