Måns Zelmerlöw Collection
Hello to this little website as a collection of
content and information about Måns Zelmerlöw!
Since 2015 at the latest, Måns Zelmerlöw has become known far beyond the borders of Sweden after his victory in the European music competition "Eurovision Song Contest" with his song "Heroes".
However, his artistic career in Sweden began already in 2005 and since then the charismatic multi-talent has been active in many different areas: as a singer, songwriter, host, actor, musical performer, entrepreneur or as the founder of his own foundation or brand, to name just a few.
The general public first became aware of Måns through his participation in "Idols Sverige" on TV. A year later, he was back in the TV spotlight and won the first Swedish season of "Let's Dance" (Strictly Come Dancing). Another year later, in 2007, his participation in the Melodifestivalen with his hit "Cara Mia", which is still renowned today, was probably his final breakthrough in the world of music. He is now an established name at Melodifestivalen, the Swedish national selection show for the ESC, having taken part three times as a singer, famously winning it in 2015, but he has also been involved as a songwriter and even hosted the show in 2010 and 2021, and of his various guest appearances, his recent participation in the fictional super boyband "Björnzone" is probably the most memorable moment. He also remained loyal to the Eurovision Song Contest after his victory and, together with Petra Mede, created some of the most impressive moments to date during their joint presentation of the ESC 2016 in Sweden. But even after that, he is repeatedly involved in interval appearances or interludes. Between 2011 and 2013, at the age of 25, Måns was the youngest host so far to lead the extremely popular Swedish summer music show "Allsång På Skansen". Måns is also no stranger to the musical stage, having repeatedly played leading roles in various musicals such as "Grease" and "Romeo and Juliet". He took part in the popular TV4 programme "Så Mycket Bättre" and is a permanent member of the "Masked Singer Sverige" jury panel. And for many years he has been spreading the Christmas spirit every year in Christmas shows or with his own music, for example on a major tour with Carola or most recently as a duo with comedian Per Andersson in "Tomten och Bocken Rider Igen".
But Måns Zelmerlöw is not only simply indispensable in Sweden's show business these days. The welfare of children and young people in South Africa is also a matter close to his heart. After having been involved in various charities before, he founded the "Zelmerlöw & Björkman Foundation" together with former tennis pro Jonas Björkman in 2013, which has since established the Kenswed model in Kenya. He is also committed to other passions of his in an entrepreneurial way. For example, he co-founded the former padel chain PDL and launched his own wine series "MZ Wines" in 2021, where he is closely involved in the wine production process. In addition to wine, coffee is also one of Måns' great passions, which will be reflected in his "MZ Coffee" brand in the future. He created the ultimate combination of his ambitions for wine and coffee in 2024 by opening the highly successful pop-up lounge "MZ Beans & Grapes" on a meadow in the heart of Båstad over the summer.
In 2025 Måns returns as a participant to Melodifestivalen and 10 years after Heroes he tries to win again with his new song "Revolution".
